"This oil painting was created to convey a sense of being overcome with the day to day duties of life which blind us to the wonder and magic of the world. Being in the rat race and climbing the corporate ladder all create blinders for us and keep us from being in the world in a much more rewarding way. Most of my work consist of these themes and I tend to create mixed media and acrylic paintings.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, I currently live in Savannah, Georgia where I teach foundation studies at the university level. My work has been shown internationally and published in multiple magazines."
